These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between STADIO ("the Service") and users of its esports schedule, results, and AI analysis service.

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the web service provided by STADIO ("the Service"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Service and its users.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides schedules, results, and match history for esports titles including League of Legends, Counter-Strike 2, and VALORANT, along with AI-generated analysis previews and win-probability predictions. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require account registration.

3. Nature of Information Provided; Disclaimer

Schedule, result, and match history information provided by the Service is sourced from publicly available data such as bo3.gg · HLTV · vlr.gg · Leaguepedia. The Service does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of this information.

Predictive content such as AI analysis previews and win-probability predictions are statistical estimates based on publicly available data. They do not guarantee actual match outcomes or represent any definitive fact. This content is provided for informational and reference purposes only, and does not encourage or promote betting, gambling, or any form of wagering. The Service is not a gambling service.

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the Service, the Service is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's reliance on information provided by the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

Copyright in text, design, logos, and data compilations directly produced by STADIO for the Service belongs to STADIO. Users may not commercially reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without the Service's prior consent.

Rights to third-party names, logos, and trademarks — including those of teams, leagues, and players — belong to their respective owners, and the Service uses them solely for identification (editorial) purposes. See the Assets & Copyright Notice page for details.

5. Changes to and Suspension of the Service

The Service may change the scope of information provided or the content of the Service, or suspend it in whole or in part, for operational or technical reasons, and will announce such changes within the Service.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute between the Service and a user shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court as determined by applicable law.
